SOUTH BEND, Ind. — St. Joseph GOP Chair, Zach Potts, issued a congratulations to the new St. Joseph County Democrat Chair, Mark Torma Saturday morning.
Torma is replacing the recently re-elected Stan Wruble, who announced his resignation shortly after his election, claiming he was moving out of state.
“Congratulations to Mark Torma on being hand picked as the new Democrat Chair by former Chairman, Stan Wruble. I first found out about Mark being hand picked last Saturday, May 15th, when the South Bend Tribune published an article about the outcome of the Democrat caucus that had not yet happened. I look forward to working with Mark on providing safe and secure elections in St. Joseph county.” Potts said.
