The incident was reported to the Mishawaka Police Department two weeks ago. Since then, Officer Timothy Barber has been on paid leave, according to REAL News Michiana sources.

Barber is being charged with 6 crimes related to the relationship:
Count I: Child Seduction, a Level 5 Felony, Count II: Child Seduction, a Level 5 Felony, Count III: Public Indecency, a Class A Misdemeanor, Count IV: Official Misconduct, a Level 6 Felony, Count V: Public Nudity, a Class B Misdemeanor, Count VI: Official Misconduct, a Level 6 Felony.
Barber has been an officer with SBPD for about 2 and a half years.
