INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — REAL News Michiana has discovered the Indianapolis Public Library is planning a Drag Queen Story Time for children later this week. The event is scheduled for the Central Library this Friday, June 7th, at 11:00am

It appears the event is being organized by Jared White, the Indianapolis Public Library’s Youth Librarian. A quick search of his social media accounts show he is a radical left-wing activist who took part in and encouraged the riots of the summer of 2020 following the death of George Floyd. He also pushes communist Critical Race Theory onto children in his role as a youth librarian.

REAL News has reached out to the Library for comment regarding the Drag Story Time. We’ve also submitted a public records request for the given and stage names of the performers and the company/organization the library has partnered with. As of publication we have not received a response.

It’s time to shut the libraries down. They don’t even carry books anymore, aside from new releases and “agenda” publications.
The drag queen story hours are bad, but if the taxpayers knew what was going on at the library in downtown South Bend they’d revolt. All the media and most of the books are gone, and a large swathe of the floor space is taken up with things like “teen rooms” and cafeterias for the homeless. Where you can find a bookshelf, the books are presented face out instead of spine out to make it look like the shelves are actually full. Thankfully, they haven’t gutted the family history section… yet. I’d imagine there are already plans in place to rip it out and put in an elevated stage with brass poles for “story hour”.
