ZIONSVILLE, Ind. — REAL News has learned the Zionsville Community School Corporation ended the employment of one of its bus drivers, Jacob Massie, following the discovery of a video in which he confesses to raping someone.
“Zionsville Community Schools received an anonymous tip through the Stop It Platform on May 23rd regarding an employee video confession.” Janet Mann, Zionsville Schools Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, wrote in an email. “This information was immediately forwarded to law enforcement for further review. As of May 24th, bus driver Jacob Massie is not longer employed by Zionsville Community Schools.”

According to a story in “The Collegiate Commons,” Massie made the video as “punishment” for violating the rules of an Indianapolis based fetish group that he is part of known as Indiana Kink.
According to The Collegiate Commons, “In the video, Massie described his ‘consent violation,’ a sexual encounter with an intoxicated member of Indiana Kink, a BDSM sex club in Indianapolis. The individual passed out in the middle of the encounter, but he claims to have continued having sex with them. He admitted to telling the victim not to tell anyone because he had cheated on another Indiana Kink leader named Willow. Nevertheless, the victim reported him for rape to Indiana Kink leadership.
The video confession appears to have originally been intended as part of the leadership’s ‘restorative justice’ policy. The club does their own investigations and doles out their own punishments rather than involving police when members are raped or abused by other members. Reportedly, it is an unspoken rule that members who involve police will be ostracized. “
According to Massie’s Linkedin profile, he has worked as a janitor in multiple central Indiana schools. Before driving a bus, he was employed at Zionsville Community Schools as a Maintenance Technician from 2015-2020, according to Linkedin. Massie also worked as a Maintenance Technician for Brownsburg Schools for about 6-months from January to July of 2020.
