MISHAWAKA, Ind. — Mishawaka police arrested a man at the St. Joseph Regional Medical Center on several charges, including Public Indecency and Public Nudity. According to court documents, 26-year-old Christian Miller was complaining about a 4-hour erection to a woman at the hospital before asking her for assistance in getting it to go away, exposing himself and then masturbating in front of her.
Miller was also charged with Battery and Battery Against a Public Safety Official. According to court documents, miller injured a hospital security officer and also fought several members of hospital staff. A doctor eventually came in to sedate Miller.
Miller was at the hospital on a 72 hour psychiatric hold. He has been convicted of Battery with a Deadly Weapon, two counts of Intimidation and Battery Resulting in Bodily injury in the past.
