Porn Star “Featured Speaker” at Statewide Educator Conference in Illinois

UPDATE: Following RNM’s investigation, the education group has now pulled Williams from its speaking list.

ILLINOIS — The Illinois chapter of the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD) has slated a gay porn star to be one of its speakers and presenters for its annual Pre-K and Kindergarten Conference. The ASCD claims to have 125,000 members in more than 100 countries with a primary focus on professional development for educators.

The Illinois ASCD has slated Tell Williams IV to be a presenter during the virtual conference scheduled for next week. Williams, who has become famous on the social media platform, TikTok, for posting videos talking about being a gay preschool teacher, also has a large following on an adult site called Onlyfans. Williams has nearly 200 explicit videos and photos of himself masturbating and showing his genitalia on that site and has actively posted new explicit content this year.

According to the Illinois ASCD website, “Mr. Williams will be discussing what real and effective self-care items look like, how we can better advocate for ourselves and our colleagues both in and out of the classroom, and ways we can help normalize and humanize teachers.”

“Tell has almost ten years of teaching experience in both public and private schools, as well as for the Head Start Program as a Teacher and Child Advocate. After years of teaching Preschool, Tell saw a gap in curriculum that covers lessons on tolerance, acceptance, and diversity. Because of this, he created his own library that helps aide him and other educators on discussing these important matters in and out of the classroom with young students.” The Illinois ASCD website states.

Williams has not hidden the fact that he is a porn star. He has several posts on his social media feeds bragging about his explicit videos. In one post on Twitter, he shared a poll in which he asked people what sexual act they’d like to see him perform on his sex website.

CAUTION: EXPLICIT LANGUAGE

Williams has become famous on social media for making videos where he claims to be a gay Pre-K teacher. In those videos, Williams brags about talking to preschoolers about sex and consistently makes fun of who he sees as bigoted parents.

In the videos below, Williams makes a joke about talking to a child about being a “power bottom” and makes fun of parents who are concerned about sexual content being taught to their children.

RNM reached out to both the Executive Director and the Associate Director of the Illinois ASCD. As of publication we have not received a response.

RNM recently confirmed Williams visited and spoke with children at the Goshen Boys and Girls Club late last year.

Williams, who is originally from Goshen, claims to have worked for the Head Start program in Elkhart County for 5 years before moving to West Chester, Pennsylvania.

UPDATE: Following RNM’s investigation, the Illinois ASCD scrubbed its website of any information on Williams. The national ASCD then sent RNM a statement, claiming Williams was pulled as a speaker for the event.

“IL ASCD scheduled Tell Williams, IV to speak at a recent conference. Based on information made available, Mr. Williams did not speak at the conference and will not speak at its virtual conference. IL ASCD works diligently to provide exceptional learning experiences for members.” The statement reads. “ASCD supports educators nationwide, and we do that important work in partnership with affiliate organizations across the country. Illinois ASCD is one of those separate state affiliates. While we serve our affiliates with resources and best practices, local affiliates develop and implement their own professional learning opportunities based on the needs of each affiliate’s local community.”
