INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — An Indianapolis woman has made a business out of teaching extremely young children about sex. The business, called Let’s Talk about Sex Ed with Ashley, is run by a woman named Ashley Robertson and promotes sex education for children as young as 3-years-old. She is also promoting a Sex Ed Summer Camp for children as young as 8-years-old.
In a recent flier posted to her social media accounts, robertson is charging parents of 3rd to 5th graders $250 for a week long sex ed summer camp.
“My interactive, engaging, fun workshops make this topic palatable and accessible.” Robertson has written in her business’ Facebook page “about” section. “During my most recent course, one student commented, ‘I’ve been in school for years and I think I’ve learned more useful stuff in this class in just a couple weeks!'”
On the page, Robertson has pictures of content that most adults would consider too mature for children.
In one picture she posts a note from a middle schooler she’s been teaching. “What’s a dildoe?” The child asks. In the caption, Robertson says she is “answering all of their honest questions.” Robertson also claims to be working with the School for Community Learning when answering these questions.
In another post, Robertson has a picture of what looks like a prepubescent child who has a condom over her hand. “Are YOU comfortable with condoms? What is the only way to get comfortable with the unknown? Exposure Practice.” Robertson writes in the caption while claiming to be working with the School for Community Learning.
In another post, she thanks a clinic for donating condoms for her class with 6th grade students.
It turns out, several Indianapolis teachers are followers of Ms. Robertson’s teachings. Former Indianapolis Public Schools teacher, turned activist against Critical Race Theory, Tony Kinnett, posted several pictures on his twitter feed that show the mainstream educator following Ms. Robertson has built.
